Tour Guiding Academy Mentor | Storytelling Trainer & Tourism Product Development Specialist
Elisa is an anthropologist, storytelling strategist and tourism professional specialising in community-led tourism, participatory storytelling and product development.
Since the early years of Women in Travel CIC’s Tour Guiding Academy, Elisa has contributed to shaping its storytelling training approach, mentoring women from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Her work combines training, individual mentoring and hands-on tourism product development. Working collaboratively with participants, Elisa supports the entire creative journey: from discovering and articulating their personal stories to developing original tour concepts, designing itineraries, structuring scripts and refining the complete visitor experience.
Her participatory approach places women’s voices and ownership at the centre, helping them transform their lived experiences and cultural knowledge into distinctive, market-ready tourism products and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Elisa is also the founder of Traveller Storyteller and creator of The Hidden Story Framework™, helping tourism organisations uncover and communicate their social, cultural and community impact.
