Mission, Vision & Values

Social Mission

Women in Travel (CIC) aims to leverage a thriving global travel and tourism industry and its suppliers to provide all women and non-binary individuals with the opportunity to fulfil their economic and individual potential through employability and entrepreneurship.

Our social mission is wholly supportive of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

More specifically, the work undertaken by Women in Travel supports the following 3 UNSDG:

Mission

Women in Travel (CIC) aims to leverage a thriving global travel and tourism industry and its suppliers to provide women with the opportunity to fulfil their economic and individual potential through employability and entrepreneurship.

Vision

To become a recognised catalyst for women empowerment in the international travel and tourism sector.

To provide communities in key regions (UK, Middle East, Africa and Latin America) with a sustainable livelihood by enabling women to become economically independent through entrepreneurship and a thriving career in the travel and tourism industry

Values

Women in Travel (CIC) operates under the guidance of three key (business) values:

Respect

Integrity

These values permeate everything we do and are instilled in our work from inception to delivery. We also expect our clients to adopt and share these values and we will refuse work that may compromise the foundations on which Women in Travel (CIC) and its founder’s reputation has been built over the years.
