Zhujeta brings more than a decade of experience in tourism, entrepreneurship and community-focused initiatives to her role in Edinburgh.
Originally from Albania, she founded an incoming tour operator and one of Tirana’s first backpacker hostels, gaining first-hand experience of building businesses from the ground up and creating meaningful, place-based experiences. Since relocating to Edinburgh, she has continued her entrepreneurial journey while working closely with charities and grassroots organisations across the city.
Her passion lies in empowering women, amplifying underrepresented voices and creating practical pathways into tourism. For Zhujeta, travel is about connection, confidence and personal growth.
