Women in Travel CIC, the social enterprise dedicated to empowering women through employability and entrepreneurship in the travel industry, has announced it 3rd annual Multicultural Travel Summit. The Summit is a hybrid event with both live and virtual elements, taking place on the 27th and 28th October 2021 and is sponsored by Google, Intrepid Travel and the University of Surrey.
Day one of the Summit is a primarily invitation only evening event for media and corporate travel brands, and will feature the findings of a research project undertaken with the University of Surrey to understand UK Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic travellers.
Day two is an all-day virtual workshop for content creators, influencers and travel entrepreneurs, with a focus on learning new skills and up skilling with workshops on building an outstanding personal brand, creating content on YouTube and engaging panel discussions.
